Describe whether the computer starts, displays an error, overheats or has physical damage. Include the brand and model for a laptop or MacBook; for a desktop, include any component information you already have.
For upgrade inquiries, explain the work or games you want to run and the performance problem you are trying to solve. Storage and memory options must be compatible with your system. Tell us if important files are not backed up before work is discussed.
